Sandra Hanna
Director and Approval Specialist
Having grown up in a family of developers and builders Sandra’s passion was “built in”!
Having started her property journey in 2008 Sandra was involved in building and construction, working with compliance, design and approval, right through to effectively managing projects.
In 2018 she started her own construction business. With an eye for detail and understanding the compliance and approval processes, she is passionate on advising and guiding her clients through their property journey to ensure they receive the home of their dreams.
Bill Hanna
Construction Manager
With over 1000 projects in the Sydney area under his belt, Bill has been involved in all aspects of building and construction. From project management, trade management and material co-ordination, right through to Occupational Health & Safety and Quality control, Bill has exceptional knowledge in the construction and building space.
With a passion for structural landscaping, beautifying properties, and a keen eye and attention to detail, Bills “hand on approach” results in outstanding projects for his clients.
Anthony Wehbe
Builder and Estimating Manager
Anthony is from a family of builders and started his journey working alongside his dad building units for many years.
In 1999 he settled into his area of passion and qualified as a professional builder.
With a diverse skill set of estimating, planning and site supervision, Anthony ensures that the estimation, right through to the final build is seamless.
Sandra, Bill and Anthony have come together to create a formidable team. With their complimenting skills and experience, their customer centric attitude and their focus on the 3 key areas of family, cashflow and profit, you are able to easily achieve your property needs, goals and objectives with a caring and committed team.
