Sandra and Bill met while tackling the same problem. She worked on fixing approval issues that had been lingering for months. Meanwhile, he dealt with builds where the numbers no longer matched the promise. Many “bad builder” stories they discussed focused on more than just construction — they were about no one being accountable for the whole picture, from the first sketch to the final coat of paint. So they decided to provide that accountability together.

Meet Sandra
At the start of her career, Sandra saw a client’s dream design approved for construction. But the council later rejected it due to a site issue that should have been caught early on. The rework cost them four months and a redesign fee they never budgeted for. Sandra decided she would never let a client discover a problem again too late.
“Now I run the numbers before the concept gets exciting, not after. It’s a tough talk on day one, but it’s the only way to align a client’s budget with their vision.”

A client’s block was flood-prone. Most builders would have missed it until it became someone else’s problem. Sandra noticed it during the assessment, recommended a survey and flood advice from the council, and ensured the design matched the actual site conditions before moving forward.
