Our clients envisioned this prime location as an opportunity to offer luxurious living combined with exceptional convenience and lifestyle. By developing and building a thoughtfully designed duplex, they aimed to create a space perfect for two families to call home.
The project presented several challenges due to its location on Sydney Road, a bustling and busy state road. Managing traffic flow required careful planning and ongoing traffic control. Additionally, the build involved relocating a power pole, encasing the sewer, and breaking through solid rock—all of which demanded meticulous coordination and expertise to overcome.
From project management to construction, every aspect of this build was carefully planned and executed. Our team worked closely with engineers, traffic controllers, and utility providers to ensure a seamless process, overcoming challenges while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
