Our property developer client purchased this property to knock down the existing old home and build a unique duplex.
The client wanted to work with a builder he could trust and communicate easily with. Quality was important. The duplex itself needed to look impressive and beautify the street.
The block of land was quite steep so the ground works and levels were complex. There was 4 months of continuous rain which slowed down the build initially.
The project was planned meticulously. All ordering schedules for easy procurement were prepared. Plans were finalised and the build started.
We organised onsite meetings with the client fortnightly to discuss and work through issues.
The client was able to walk through and see the progress made on a regular basis.
The Result
This duplex was completed in May 2023. The client has leased out one side and selling the other.
